Envelope SystemOur state of the art Enveloping system has been designed from the ground up to insure quality and safety. We are dedicated to producing a high quality and safe product in a very timely manor to you, our client.

Envelope Spreader

An envelope is placed in the Spreader according to size and type of tire. The Envelope is stretched to accommodate your tire.

A Fork lift

is used to insert your tire into our Envelope system. After Your tire has been fitted with the envelope it is then placed in our rack and steel rims are placed on either side to give it an air tight seal. The envelope is then de-pressurized to make sure there is no leeks, once completed your tire is then taken to one of our chambers to start the curing process...

Curing

After your tire has finished the curing process it will receive a coat of paint on the sidewalls, move on to inspection and once it passes our thorough inspection process, shipped to your location. We apply the Continuum pre-molded tread to the processed casing. After which the tire is placed in an envelope via our enveloping system and cured in one of our 10 chambers.Back...
