Solid Tires

This process starts with first cleaning and prepping the wheel with chemicals to create a strong adhesive.

Rubber is applied in bands as it is done in the G-Lug process.  

Every layer of rubber is rolled down and trimmed off to create a flush surface with the rim. These bands of rubber are applied until the desired overall diameter is achieved.

Like the Tyrfil tires, solid tires can be retread and brought back to it's original overall diameter.

At RDH Tire we have the difficult task of deciding if the tire, after its life cycle, has to be " rejected ", "retreaded" and/or "repaired". 
We have to verify that when we "retread or repair " a tire that the tire guarantees the performance of a new one.
