ires are detreaded and buffed to remove their old , worn tread design. Our computerized buffer is programmed to buff each tire to precise uniformity, constant radius, and under tread thickness.

A

lthough our buffer has a computerized measurement system, our operator also uses a manual tape to insure correct measurements.

 

We currently utilize two Marangoni Buffer Systems.The Mammoth :: Computerized to buff each tire precisely The Mammoth :: Computerized to buff each tire precisely The Small Buffer :: Computerized to buff each tire precisely

 

We currently utilize two Marangoni Buffer Systems. The Mammoth and the Giant. These machines allow for optimal completion for peeling, buffing and tread grooving operations for earthmover tyres.
  • Small Buffer Range: 24" - 49"
  • Big Buffer Range: 25" - 63"
