Final Inspection

Upon completion of the retreading process each tire undergoes a final inspection, as rigorous as the initial inspection.
This is the last step in Our Quality Control Process.

This is the last step in our quality control process, and it insures that the tire has been inspected both inside and outside for
- Missed Cuts
- Punctures
- Separation
that could have occurred during the curing process.
Approval
Our Inspector will give a tire the stamp of Approval. Retreads are inspected and the tread depth checked.

Before an inspector will give a tire the stamp of approval, he looks for any safety related defects and ensures that all repairs were completed correctly and that the tire has a new look and appearance.
Retreads are inspected and the tread depth checked. After approval of these conditions, the tire is then ready for shipment back to the customer.Only a first class retreaded tire will be shipped back to a customer.
