Final Inspection
Final Inspection

U

Upon completion of the retreading process each tire undergoes a final inspection, as rigorous as the initial inspection.

This is the last step in Our Quality Control Process.

T

This is the last step in our quality control process, and it insures that the tire has been inspected both inside and outside for
  • Missed Cuts
  • Punctures
  • Separation
that could have occurred during the curing process.
Approval

Our Inspector will give a tire the stamp of Approval. Retreads are inspected and the tread depth checked.

B

Before an inspector will give a tire the stamp of approval, he looks for any safety related defects and ensures that all repairs were completed correctly and that the tire has a new look and appearance.

Retreads are inspected and the tread depth checked. After approval of these conditions, the tire is then ready for shipment back to the customer.Only a first class retreaded tire will be shipped back to a customer.
