The Grooving Process
A t this stage the tire is remeasured and then placed into the grooving machine.
T he Tire professional selects the proper tread design and required voids and inputs them into a computer.
A specially designed tensile strength blade is then heated to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and makes the grooves in the tire.
The Computer program process- The tire is cut and grooved to create the desired tread design.
- These programs are created based on tire size, tread depth, and tread design.
Precision measurements and craftsmanship.
T he objective is to create a new tread on a newly capped tire and make it like new. This is accomplished with precision measurements and craftsmanship throughout the process, resulting in a tire that does not distort the casing, and its structural integrity. This allows us to create any tread design to meet the exact application requirements of our customers. Additionally, the process also allows for special custom diameter sizes to meet our customers' needs.
