1. Marangoni System ( M-Lug)
T
he state of the art system for retreading O.T.R. tires. Tires produced using this system are;
- Then the tread designs are cut on air inflated computerized modules. These modules are fully automatic and controlled by a C.N.C. Computer which can store up to 600 programs and is designed for complete interface of the buffing-building and cutting procedures. This system insures that your tires are retreaded to precise radius, diameter and tread depth specifications.
2. Computer Cut Tread System ( G-Lug)
T
his system is a customized retread process where rubber is applied in bands to the buffed casing until it is built to correct thickness to attain the desired tread depth and under tread needed.
- The tread is then designed and cut into the rubber by a computer controlled groover.
3. The Curing Process
A
ll of our customized systems of retreading are cured in open chambers. The temperature, pressure and time are precisely calculated for the size, type, and thickness of the casing and tread.
- This method of vulcanization minimizes the negative effects of overcure of the outer tread and does not create any stress or distortion within the tire casing.
Various tread compounds are available in all our customized system of retreading. We can provide a wide range of compounds to meet any job requirement.
