Every Off-the-Highway retread and/or Repair of our manufacture is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. We do not warrant the cord body of Off-the Highway tires. If our examination reveals the tire has failed under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair the tire or make a reasonable allowance on a service - rendered basis measured according to tread wear. Off-the-Highway Repairs of our manufacture are warranted for a period of only twelve ( 12) months from date of manufacture. The warranty on Off-the-Highway Retreads and Repairs does not cover tires run flat, willful abuse or damage, irregular tread wear, repairable punctures, damage due to obstruction on the vehicles, tire-chains, tire studs, wreck, collision, or fire, consequential damage or injury, tube in any form, or Off-the-Highway tires on and vehicle other than the use for which the tire was designed. Customer is responsible to pay for retread on foam filled tires that separate in our curing chambers. We assume no liability for foam (Tyrfil) in tires which we retread.
